You confirm that all information provided during booking is accurate and that you meet all state requirements to take a road test.

3. Online Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize Safeway Driving to charge the applicable service fees.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed appointments, failure to appear, lack of required documentation, ineligibility, or customer error.

• Appointment fees are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling may be permitted at Safeway Driving’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

• Failure to arrive on time may be treated as a no-show and result in forfeiture of fees.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
